Let Me Entertain...

Good Mani(c) Monday to you!!!  Today I have a lacquer from the China Glaze Hunger Games collection!  I have to start by saying I know nothing about Hunger Games so I can't comment on how this color relates to the book or movie.  Nevertheless I love a new collection!

China Glaze Riveting is a gorgeous blazing red based glossy orange with gold shimmer.  This color is just amazing...a must have!  Application is flawless and I used two coats.  Of course I couldn't leave this mani alone so I resorted to a gradient.

Finger Paints Easel-y Entertained is a dark midnight blue with a hint of purple micro glitter.  When I picked this up I knew immediately it was a shade of glitter I didn't own and what a travesty that was!!  Since I haven't done a full mani with this shade I can't comment on its opacity but it appears a little thin.  I would stick to layering with it.
