Scouse...

butter LONDON is currently releasing nine store exclusive lacquers to different department stores and at butterLONDON.com.  Exculsive to Dillard's is Scouse, a fun duo chrome glitter.  "Read More" to enjoy the rest of the review!

Scouse is a sheer royal blue duochrome micro glitter that flashes purple and pink.  Application is ok due to a rather thin, yet workable formula.  Because Scouse is very sheer and thin, I layered two coats over OPI Black Onyx.  It is possible to reach opacity in four coats, but it seems the duochrome effect appears stronger when layered over other lacquers.  In the last two photos you can really see the duochrome effect.  Color wise this shade is very similar to, but not an exact dupe of OPI DS Magic.  Will this shade be making its way into your collection?

  1. What an awesome color! Also, love how it looks over black. Maybe I should try something similar for my mani-pedi this weekend. - Carla

  4. This looks very nice, I like the way it reflects the light. But I don't really do blue, not sure why! I wear teals, but no blue... Maybe one day, it will come!

    1. You should try a teal to blue skittles mani! That way you can ease into blue :)

  19. This blue is ridiculous! I love the microglitter in it. It still looks so great over the black nail polish. Was removal just as bad as other glitters? I'm hoping not. And as always such gorgeous pics.
